About Us

​​​​​Dr. Eric Bushman started managing the Arrowhead Costco practice in July of 2021. He has loved working at several Costco locations in the Phoenix valley over the past 5 years. His passion is giving patients their best and most comfortable vision possible. Whether that be in prescribing glasses, contacts, treating disease, slowing down nearsightedness; truly his fulfillment is connecting with patients and solving their concerns.

Dr. Bushman grew up in Utah where he earned, with honors, a Bachelors in Genetics and Biotechnology at Brigham Young University. To further his education in Arizona, he graduated from Midwestern University, Magna Cum Laude. But he is grateful he came to Arizona, where he met his wife and they now have 3 beautiful little kids. Dr. Bushman loves to travel and has lived in several different countries. He loves to experience new cultures, places, people, and food. In his spare time he likes to garden, play sports and video games, read, and travel with his family.
 

​​​​​Dr. Lindsay was born and raised in the small town of Apple Valley, CA. She graduated with honors from the University of Redlands with a major in Biology and a double minor in Business Administration and Chemistry, and then moved to Glendale, AZ for Optometry School. She received her Doctorate of Optometry from Midwestern University – Arizona College of Optometry. As a student, Dr. Lindsay trained at Hellerstein and Brenner Vision Center in Greenwood Village, CO, The Contact Lens Institute of Nevada in Las Vegas, NV, and the Fort Meade VA Black Hills Health Care System in Sturgis, SD. Dr. Lindsay loves seeing patients of all ages and has a passion for ocular disease, specialty contact lenses, dry eye treatment, pediatrics, and primary care.In her free time, Dr. Lindsay loves watching sports (especially hockey!), camping, hiking and spending time with family and friends.

Dr. Lang is a proud alum of Oregon State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in General Science. A life-long learner, she graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Visual Science and a Doctorate of Optometry with honors from Pacific University in Forest Grove, Oregon.

Dedicated to providing the best possible care, Dr. Lang loves providing eye care for all generations, including Gen X, Y, and Z, children, Baby-boomers, and the Greatest Generation. Her services include but are not limited to general eye exams and contact lens fitting including multifocal lenses. Dr. Lang also treats and manages a variety of ocular conditions and diseases. All are welcome.

Dr. Lang was born and raised in Oregon but now calls Arizona home for its incredible blue skies and sunny weather. An accomplished professional, Dr. Lang also enjoys live theatre and concerts, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
