Walk-in exams are often available, but not guaranteed.

You do not need to be a Costco member to be seen by our doctors. We are an independent optometry practice inside Costco.
You do need to have a membership to order glasses and contact lenses through Costco. We would love to recommend options available at Costco.
Do you accept insurance?
The only insurance that we currently take is NVA and Costco employee insurance.
We would be happy to print out an itemized receipt for you to submit a claim to your insurance company if your plan has eligible out-of-network benefits.
NOTE: COSTCO OPTICAL IS IN-NETWORK WITH MANY VISION PLANS. THEY CAN FILE YOUR CLAIM DIRECTLY.
